Availability
Rides around the clock – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please book appointment rides by the day before; short-notice rides subject to availability (surcharge as per the tariff). Please order errands and courier runs two days in advance.

Via health insurance (where medically necessary) or as a self-payer – quote on request.
Wyss-Handicap GmbH stands for transparent rates and respectful, warm-hearted assistance. We take our time – from picking you up at your front door to accompanying you to your appointment. Our services – wheelchair transport, patient transport and transport for people with disabilities – are based in Bettlach and operate throughout the Solothurn, Grenchen and Biel region as well as across Switzerland.

Parking fees are charged based on actual expenses.
Cancellations: free of charge more than 24 hours before the appointment, thereafter a flat fee of CHF 50.00. Invoices are payable within 30 days.
According to the GTC, rides up to CHF 50.00 are payable in cash (except monthly invoicing).

Applies to our range of services: doctor's, dentist's and therapy appointments, clinics (admissions and discharges), transfers & emergency rides as well as shopping. Medication pick-ups (courier rides) and excursions are quoted individually on request.

- The base rate plus the entire route from the vehicle base to the pick-up location, on to the destination and back to the vehicle base are charged.

Thereafter, CHF 10.00 is charged per 15 minutes or part thereof.

Charges for cancellations
If a ride is only cancelled once the vehicle has arrived at the pick-up location, the travel costs actually incurred including waiting times are charged, at least CHF 50.00 (GTC, section 8.3).
Basis of the fare calculation
Travel costs are calculated based on the route determined by the Google Maps route planner. In addition, agreed surcharges, such as waiting times or further services, may be charged. For complete documentation and billing of the rides we use Google Maps and corresponding logbooks.
Invoicing
After the service has been provided, the customer confirms the ride with their signature. If a person lacks the capacity of judgement or to act, the principal or the legal representative signs instead. Invoicing is carried out by Wyss-Handicap GmbH. Invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date without deduction. Our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) also apply.
Rides up to CHF 50.00 are payable in cash (except monthly invoicing) – GTC, section 6.4.
Where medically necessary, transport services provided by Wyss-Handicap GmbH may, under certain conditions, be recognised or partially reimbursed by health insurance.
